Registered users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the Dual-Burner for MP3 Players for 1 user.

The Dual-Burner for MP3 Players files contain, among other things, a portion of FrontBack LLC Recording Software, including copyrighted software, proprietary notices, and identifying information. No one may alter, decompile, remove files, add files, replace files, or modify the Recording software or Dual-Burner for MP3 Players.

This product is not intended for the illegal distribution of copyrighted materials or music. FrontBack LLC provides only the software tools used to create CDs. You, the user of the software, provide the content of the CD this software makes. FrontBack LLC cannot control or take any responsibility for the content or distribution of material provided by you. The Dual-Burner for MP3 Players uses registered user number and results codes to indicate the CD was recorded successfully. You assume all liability for distribution of and suitability of content.
